Safebin
Spring assisted trolley. Capacities 100kg to 500kg. Deck size 600mm x 950mm. Low height 280mm. Maximum height 800mm. Can be fitted with 3 or 4 side panels also.
Place into an existing bin or trolley to prevent bending into the bin -- product comes up to meet you. Maximum capacity 200kg. Deck is PVC, cut to size up to 600mm x 1200mm.
Produced for the brick and tile industries originally, the four springs make this industrial strength Palift steadier, as well as offering a greater weight range.
This particular unit has a plate top fitted to prevent dirt and dust from entering the system, and to enable smaller elongated pallets to be used on the turntable.
Two types available. Square top with full sheet deck and turntable top (as pictured).
All springs are of the same length. More springs = more capacity, up to 2500 Kgs
Base available as shown with fork tine access from ends and pallet truck access from sides. Optional base is lower with fork access only from either end.
Shown left is the Pallet Leveller fitted with full surround safety skirt and wheels.

The combination comprises a Turntable Pallet Leveller which has a motorised drive under the turntable.
The Pallet Leveller works just as a standard turntable when the the wrapper is disconnected, so the operator can get to all sides if required.
The benefit of this unit is that you can load at a predetermined height at all times, then simply slide the wrapper into the unit to finish the job by wrapping the load.
The wrapper is plugged into a 240V supply, and can wrap the load up to 1800 mm in height.
