Hand Pallet Truck for Machinery Moving
Widened and fitted with steel plates to the forks. The internal extensions to the plates, being drilled and tapped. The hand pallet truck is lowered to fit beside the machine. Lugs have been welded to the machine with holes in to accept a threaded T handle which goes through the holes and connects to the threaded holes in the plates on the truck. The truck is raised to connect with the machine lugs, and the two are bolted together. Used in a clean room, where the floor had to be washed daily, and the equipment had to be moved out for cleaning in another area.
Powered Walkie Stacker for Hopper Re-location
Again for a clean room in a food manufacturing. The Stacker had the legs moved close to the centre, and the forks sat over the legs, in order to have the lowest possible minimum height, and the narrowest leg / fork combination, as the hopper could not be straddled. The Stacker was fitted with rear stabilizing castors to ensure maximum possible stability.
Lightweight Table Lifter for Electronic Clean Room
Lifter was modified to accept a battery electric winch, with micro switches top and bottom. Electronic board cabinets were halted at the end of a lower conveyor. The Lifter raised the cabinets to the top level conveyor, where it went to the wave solder area. The Lifter was required to be anti-static, with special wheels and an earthing device.
Stainless Steel Lifter for Liquid Pump
In a pharmaceutical setting. The liquid pump needs to be removed, but it is at shoulder height and in over other machinery. The Lifter has a battery operated lift actuator, which can also be used with a standard 240v outlet if required. The arms are width adjustable and lockable.
Scissor Trolley for Projection Rooms
Reels of film are laid flat on the deck, and raised to 1500mm, by the foot pump operated Double Scissor Trolley. They are then slid over on to the projection deck.
Walkie Stacker
Walkie Stacker for raising a special stillage where the only access beneath the stillage was at one central point, hence the 'tripod' base. Lift operation is by hand pump hydraulic.
Walkie Stacker similar to above unit, but with the outriggers placed just inside the fixed forks. Capacity is the same at 600 kgs. Lift is by hand pump hydraulic.
Lift & Shift Battery Lift Trolley
Lift & Shift shown has drum rotator fitted with curved rear and platform. Used in conjunction with one or more ratchet and straps to hold straight sided or plastic drums, which are rotated either left or right.
Lift & Shift Battery Lift Trolley
Lift & Shift battery lift trolley, modified to suit 200 ltr steel drum. The drum is captured around the girth using a ratchet and strap. It is raised then rotated sideways, using the control box mounted to the push handle.
Options include forward tipping; capture of differing sized receptacles, reels, etc. The frame can be of fully stainless steel.
The bag holder on the front allows the 25 kg bag to be raised and placed above the hopper.
The end of the bag is then cut and the tray is tilted to allow the bag contents to fall into the hopper. The bag is captured by the front pegs on the tilt tray.
The King Winch Lifter is a hand 'brake' winch lifter where the winch holds the load safely in any position it is left. To lower, simply wind the winch anti-clockwise. The KWL enables any attachment to be hooked on to the carriage or it can be supplied with a fixed platform only.
The attachment shown is a wheeled jib which in this case points
directly out from the carriage in order to load the roll of plastic
on to the jib, which is then latched at the end to prevent the roll
falling off in transit. It also has a hinge point to orient the roll
in the side position for loading on to a wrapping machine from the
end.
King Winch Lifters can be supplied with solid or removable decks, attachments, forks, roll handling systems, drum rotators, etc.

Bus Air Conditioner -- Display Trolley/Shipping Module
This bus air conditioner was required to travel to exhibitions around the world.
Previously, the unit was man-handled out of the shipping crate,
placed on a forklift, taken into the exhibition and placed on an
angled frame for viewing purposes. The request was for an integrated
display frame which could be angled using gas struts, then lowered
to the flat position where the shipping case lid was fitted and
bolted to the frame. The legs are folded under and padlocked, ready
for transporting.
Pipe frame trolley, fitted with spring scissor lift insert and PVC top. Made for a mail room, to take heavy mail sacks. The spring system keeps the top layer of bags at an acceptable operator working height. Both sides of the trolley fold down for easier access.
This carousel was commissioned to height test castings over 36 points, hence the notches and spring loaded catch. The deck and base plate are machine ground to fine tolerances. The feet are height-adjustable for levelling the base, and the deck also has a separate levelling system.
This fork-attached roll pusher was designed to load containers quickly. The rolls are placed into the pusher with about one quarter sticking out of the end. The forklift drives into the container until the end of the rolls touch the end wall of the container. The forklift operator reverses the fork at the same speed as the scissor pushes the rolls forward off the roll pusher. This action is repeated as many times as it takes to fill the container.
Incorporating side and end tilters, to enable electrical control cabinets to be built 5-7 times faster and safer.
A second safety cage was later built around the start all the line, and a raised floor fitted to the central area, to enable each of the seven workstations to be built at the height level most appropriate.
Specially designed to capture the wire reel through the outer protective plastic casing when raised using a hoist.
When lowered to the ground, the internal jaws retract when a lever is raised.
At the client's request, a special wash down trolley, fully stainless steel with wire rod hangers to accept vertical storage of stainless steel drum lids, which are presented at the correct height to the operator.
This simple trolley improves housekeeping. The large wheels enable traversing over uneven ground.

2 models available. The first is fabricated in steel frame, with open sides and back and short floor.
The model shown has full sides and extended length chequer plate floor. This extended floor enables the front wheels of the forklift to steady the Collator when loading pallets into it.
Designed for use in washdown conditions. Platform goes to ground level and is raised by foot pump hydraulic cylinder to 550 mm height.
Any variation on this theme can be catered for.
