Hand Pallet Trucks
2500 Kg capacity: Forks 1150mm long (standard) but any length and width can be supplied as a factory built special. Available in 680mm, 540mm and 450mm widths (+ specials to order). Solid push rods and grease points all around. Wheel choices include nylon, steel and plastic wheels with urethane tyres. High quality seals and bearings. Hard chrome plated piston and ram. Reinforced frame. 3 position lever. High gloss finish.
These are available for the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Fabricated totally from stainless. The only truck guaranteed to last the distance under extreme conditions.
The scale is fitted to a low profile pallet truck to enable the fork height of the scale model to be similar (approx. 90 mm). Max. height approx. 175 mm.
Scale is either in 1 Kg or 2 Kg increments and is not trade approved.
Internal battery with optional external charger and optional printer available.
Hi-Lift Hand Pallet Truck
1000 Kg capacity: Doubles as a standard pallet truck -- but keep pumping the handle or push the button (battery/hydraulic version) and it raises the forks to 800mm or the ideal height for loading and unloading product. Forks are 150mm wide x 1150mm long. Four models available. 680mm wide and 450mm wide manual hydraulic lift. 680mm wide and 450mm wide battery/hydraulic lift.
Available in 500 Kg and 1000 Kg capacities. Maximum lift height to 900 mm. Available fork widths are 550 mm and 685 mm.
Choice of foot pump operation or hand pump in the larger capacity unit.
1500 Kg capacity. 900 mm lift
2 tonne capacities available. All controls are on the tiller within easy reach of either hand. Speed is adjusted using the butterfly thumb controls. An auto reverse pad is fitted to the end of the tiller to protect the operator from being pinned against a wall.
Choice of industrial or traction batteries (dependent upon your required usage time).
